2025 Hotel FAQ

Crowne Plaza is pay on arrival. Although your card details will be requested during the room reservation flow, no payment will be taken until check in.

The hotel portal with our group code is currently only equipped to handle reservations spanning the 3rd to the 7th. If you’d like to extend your stay outside this range of dates, please email [email protected] with your reservation number and requested check in/check out amendments.

We’ll be releasing the hotel reservation link at 7:00 PM AEST on the 25th of September, 2024. This will be shared to all ticketholders by email and distributed on our social media platforms.

We’re unfortunately unable to accommodate everyone’s personal circumstances during this release. We’d recommend having a friend or family member reserve on your behalf if you will be absent during the accommodation drop.

There will indeed! We’ll be sharing an announcement after Crowne Plaza has sold out with more information about this. Keep an eye on our socials for more information.

The hotel portal will still ask you for card details to reserve your registration. This is to protect the hotel in the case you are a no-show or cancel your reservation within a month of your check in date. Both of these circumstances will result in a charge of one night’s accommodation.

Room rates are $250 per night inclusive of two breakfasts. Additional adults can be booked for $25 per person per night, inclusive of breakfast. Rollaway beds are available at a rate of $65 per night should you require them.

Please email [email protected] with your full name, reservation number, and your friend’s full name and reservation number. If you let us know you’d like this to happen, the hotel will do their best to accommodate. Not all requests can be accommodated, but everyone will do their best for you.

The booking portal provided by Crowne Plaza is a direct link to the IHG reservations page. You will need to enter your details externally to us within this portal.
